To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will make a statement on the impact of the National Health Service review's proposed reforms on the Welsh health service;

(2) whether an internal market in the Welsh Health Service will be backed by a subsidised transport service to allow all patients to benefit from empty beds in other areas.

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he proposes to issue a White Paper on the future of the National Health Service in Wales; and if he will make a statement.

I shall be announcing shortly the results of my review of the NHS in Wales.
