To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when the financing arrangements for the Dartford-Thurrock crossing will be agreed.

The agreements between Dartford River Crossing Ltd. and the relevant banks and financial institutions were made on 8 April 1987. The concession agreement between Dartford River Crossing Ltd. and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Transport was signed on 9 April 1987.
