To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will place in the Library a copy of the letter from the Second Permanent Under-Secretary of State, K. C. MacDonald to Lord Windelsham and Richard Rampton QC, regarding the programme "Death on the Rock" produced by Thames Television.
