§ Mr. Michael ForsythMy right hon. and learned Friend has received a number of representations. Solicitors acting for Mr. Tehrani have lodged notices of appeal to the Secretary of State against his summary dismissal by the Argyll and Clyde health board in accordance with NHS terms and conditions of service. On Mr. Tehrani's application the health board's decision to dismiss him summarily is subject to proceedings for judicial review, and my right hon. and learned Friend has deferred consideration of the applications for appeal meantime.
