§ Mr. FreemanAt the moment the Mental Health Act Commission has 84 members of whom six are from ethnic minority communities, either Asian or Afro-Caribbean. It is Ministers' intention to increase ethnic minority representation on the commission and this is being actively pursued in the current round of appointments.
