§ Mr. NeubertTwo Tornado aircraft from RAF Cottesmore flying out of RAF Leuchars were authorised to carry out a terrain following low-level training sortie in the area at a height of 700 ft. and under the normal speed restrictions for the aircraft and type of sortie.
