§ Mr. SainsburyThe contract in question is the responsibility of the Property Services Agency which, I understand is currently investigating the claims made in the programme. Assessments of the installation of certain elements of the A90 ducting system against contractual requirements and in relation to safety are being conducted.
§ Sir Michael McNair-WilsonTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence whether the A90 complex at AWE Aldermaston is on schedule to meet the heads of the Trident programme; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. SainsburyI refer the hon. Member to the report on Trident produced for the Select Committee on Defence, a copy of which was placed in the Library of the House on 17 January. The Trident project remains on programme to enter service as planned in the mid-1990s.
