To ask the Secretary of State for Energy if he will make it his policy to initiate a study on the Health and Safety Commission's report on the "Tolerability of Risk from Nuclear Power Stations".

Mr. Michael Spicer

Following publication of the Health and Safety Executive's document in February 1988, a number of individuals and organisations made comments on the report. These were published on 9 January.
