To ask the Prime Minister if, pursuant to her reply of 31 January,Official Report, column 161, to the right hon. Member for Islwyn (Mr. Kinnock) she will set out the criteria she uses in establishing inquiries into (a) the receipt and (b) the origination of leaks of official documents and (c) the stealing of such documents.
