§ Mr. ShersbyTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what progress has been made by the working party considering parking problems in outer London and elsewhere; and when he expects to be able to make a statement of the Government's policy towards the introduction of controlled parking schemes and the employment of traffic wardens by local authorities.
§ Mr. Douglas HoggWhile I understand that the parking enforcement working party has not yet completed its report, I hope that it will be able to do so shortly.
