To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what are the present charges to credit card holders by each one of the credit card companies operating in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Lilley

This is a matter for the companies concerned.

Mr. Wray

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list each of the credit card companies operating in the United Kingdom; and, as far as the information is available to him, the names of those operating in (a) Austria, (b) each one of the European Community countries, (c) Sweden, (d) Canada and (e) the United States of America.
