§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyA revised code of guidance is being prepared to take account of the Wildlife and Countryside (Amendment) Act 1985 and the Wildlife and Countryside (Service of Notices) Act 1985. It is expected to be submitted for approval by Parliament later this year.
