§ Mr. RyderMy right hon. Friend and I met the chairman of the RSPB council on 17 November last year. We discussed the RSPB's consultation paper on the reform of the common agricultural policy. I also had an introductory meeting with the chairman on 3 November, and discussed a wide range of matters with him.
