We have in the past few weeks made representations at a high level about a wide range of human rights issues in Chile. In addition, the Twelve have publicly affirmed their support for the work of the Catholic Church's human rights organisation, the Vicaria de la Solidaridad, and their appreciation for the important role played by the Vicaria since its creation.
