§ Mr. MaudeQuestions as to possible restrictive labour practices in television broadcasting and film protection were jointly referred to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission on 28 March 1988 by my right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for Employment, the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry and the Secretary of State for the Home Department. The Commission has not yet submitted its report to Ministers. Once it has done so, it will be published as soon as is practicable.
