§ Mr. BrookeDepartments formulate their own plans for local pay additions, in accordance with guidelines set by the Treasury, and submit proposals to the Treasury for approval. The guidelines do not exclude payments to higher executive officers and senior executive officers. A total of 572 HEOs in the London weighting area, but no SEOs, are currently in receipt of LPAs.
