To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what action is being taken in the current year to build nursery factories in Ceredigion; and if he will make a statement.

The Development Board for Rural Wales' factory construction programme for 1988–89 includes plans for the construction of four 1,500 sq. ft. units in Cardigan and six 750 sq. ft. units in Aberystwyth. The board has offered grant assistance to Ceredigion district council to provide a workshop of 1,500 sq. ft. in Cardigan.
