§ Mr. FreemanDeaths of patients at Broadmoor hospital in the five years ended 31 December 1988 are listed in the table. That which occurred on 6 July 1984 was investigated by a public inquiry. But the circumstances of all deaths arising from other than natural causes are fully considered by hospital management to see whether any lessons can be learned.
