§ Mr. ChurchillTo ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many members of Her Majesty's forces have been killed in each of the past five calendar years(a) as a result of terrorist action and (b) in other ways in the course of their duty; and what would have been the cost to the Exchequer if those killed, in each category, had been guaranteed a mimimum payment to their next of kin by the Ministry of Defence equivalent to one year's salary.
