To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what measures he is taking to improve public safety at football grounds.

Mr. Michael Forsyth

I have asked the football authorities, the police and other emergency services, as well as local authorities to implement the recommendations in Lord Justice Taylor's interim report in order to improve public safety at football grounds.
