HC Deb 18 December 1989 vol 164 cc78-80W
Mr. Cousins

To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will publish a table, using the PACT database, showing the expenditure on prescriptions for each family practitioner committee area, together with the totals for each National Health Service region for the 1988–89 financial year; and if he will express that expenditure as a figure per head of population for each area and region.

Mrs. Virginia Bottomley

The information requested cannot be derived from PACT but is available to the Department as set out in the table.
