§ Mr. LathamTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy whether, following the correspondence and discussions between the Minister of State and the hon. Member for Rutland and Melton, he will now issue instructions that no tenders will be considered by his Department from any subsidiary company of Halliburton Manufacturing and Services Ltd., until(a) its company secretary replies to the further letter sent to him by the hon. Member on 9 October about his constituent Mr. A and (b) the company offers appropriate compensation to Mr. A for all expenses and financial loss suffered by Mr. A since his road accident in Italy in December 1983.
