§ Mr. RedwoodThe Monopolies and Mergers Commission has been investigating the supply of petrol and is due to report by 20 December. While that inquiry is in progress it would not be appropriate for Ministers to take account of any representations. Representations should be made to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission direct and this advice is given to anyone who approaches the Department.
