§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe Development Board for Rural Wales' outline plans for 1990–91 will be announced in the public expenditure White Paper next January. Detailed final figures will be published in the Supply Estimates when they are presented to Parliament in March.
The allocation of provision between individual activities is largely a matter for the board.
