§ Sir Geoffrey HoweDetermination of the investment policy relating to parliamentary contributory pension fund moneys is a matter for the trustees of that fund. I understand that they have laid down broad investment policy guidelines which are designed to preserve the asset base of the fund and to ensure that the liabilities of present and future pensioners are met.
