To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will make a statement on the financing of the North Western regional health authority in 1990–91.

Allocations to regional health authorities for 1990–91 will be announced later this month in the usual way. All regions will benefit from the extra £2–6 billion resources available for the health service next year in the United Kingdom.
