§ Mr. Alan ClarkThe MOD has been informed by BAe and Thomson-CSF of the companies' proposal to form a joint venture defence weapon system company to be known as Eurodynamics. Subject to consideration of national security and competition implications in the light of the detailed proposals by the companies, the MOD would welcome the proposition.
