§ Mr. MellorNo decisions have been made on the recommendations of the team which reviewed the organisation and location of the prison service at above establishment level. I have met representatives of the Prison Governors Association to discuss the report and have received a written submission from them. Their views and all the other comments received are being carefully considered.
