§ Mr. MellorSubject to detailed scrutiny of estimates and parliamentary approval, we are to set up a new central fund of £1 million in 1990–91 to enable the Government to meet some of the additional costs of international drugs efforts, including investigations by the police and rewards to major informants.
§ Mr. MansTo ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what measures police forces are taking in conjunction with local education authorities to warn pupils of the dangers of drug taking.
