§ Mr. PortilloMany such representations have been received following speculation that the present concessionary travel scheme in London might be withdrawn or curtailed. I wrote to London Members on 4 September explaining that the details of the scheme are agreed each year by the London boroughs and the City of London. If they fail to reach agreement, the reserve free travel scheme will be implemented.
