Mr. Cox

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he is having with the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics with a view to a greater exchange of cultural co-operation between Great Britain and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Information on these costs is either not held centrally or not separately identifiable. The information requested, therefore, could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
