To ask the Secretary of State for Defence when, pursuant to his answer of 7 March 1989,Official Report. column 515, he next expects to visit RAF Upper Heyford.

I intend to visit RAF Upper Heyford on 19 April to announce the results of the full study into the costs and implications of realigning the runway there.
