Whether they will state what advice has been issued to the shadow National Rivers Authority concerning the appointment of persons to the proposed regional rivers advisory committee.

None. This is a matter for the National Rivers Authority. The National Rivers Authority Advisory Committee, under the chairmanship of my noble friend Lord Crickhowell, is currently considering the terms of reference of all the NRA's regional committees.
