§ Mrs. ChalkerThe guaranteed price paid to the ACP for imports of sugar under the Lomé sugar protocol is related to the level of support prices for EC-produced sugar. The latter are set annually as part of the CAP price fixing exercise. Discussions are continuing in Brussels on this year's prices.
