§ The Attorney-GeneralThe appeal papers were received at the immigration appellate authorities headquarters on 25 January 1989. There has been a delay in processing the papers, but they have now been sent to the IAA's office in Leeds. They will be forwarded to the appellant's representatives in the United Kingdom and to the respondent within the next few days. Thereafter, when both parties indicate their readiness to proceed, the appeal will be listed for hearing in Leeds within six weeks.
