§ Mr. Douglas HoggOn 22 March I met a delegation led by my hon. Friend the Member for Richmond and Barnes (Mr. Hanley), which included representatives from Richmond borough council, local residents and the Richmond citizens advice bureau. On 17 March officials met representatives of advisory agencies which specialise in immigration matters. We have so far received representations only from organisations which are opposed to the proposal.
