§ Dr. CunninghamTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) if he will provide details of the Welsh water authority's funding allocated to improvements in standards of(a) drinking water quality, (b) sewage treatment and disposal and (c) bathing water quality through its existing capital programme for each of the next 10 years;
(2) what percentage of the projected necessary funding for improvements in standards of (a) drinking water quality, (b) sewage treatment and disposal and (c) bathing water quality is contained within the existing capital programme of the Welsh water authority.
