To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list for the past five years for the chairman of Severn-Trent water authority(a) the annual bonus he received based on the performance targets set him and (b) his basic salary.

The basic salary of the chairman of the Severn-Trent water authority in each of the past five years has been as follows:
