Mr. Beggs

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what is the average percentage increase in the regional rates levied by the Department of Environment for Northern Ireland in each of the last three years.

Mr. Needham

The regional rate, which is struck by the Department of Finance and Personnel each February, has increased as follows in each of the last three years.
