§ Mr. Peter BottomleyA planning application by Lydd Airport Group Limited to extend the airport runway was called in for determination by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment in July last year. The inspector who conducted the inquiry into the proposal has now reported to my right hon. Friend, who will announce his decision as soon as possible.
