§ Mr. Trippier[holding answer 23 March 19891: Council officers had a meeting with officials of the Department on 3317 January 1989 to discuss in general terms the Department's guidelines on voluntary transfers. There have been no meetings since the Department was sent on 9 March a copy of the report approved by the council's housing services committee on 1 March.
