To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what information he has as to what action United Kingdom Nirex proposes to take about the unauthorised disclosure to the Lincolnshire Anti-Nuclear Waste Campaign of a map entitled, "Nirex 1st. Option Class 2 Waste"; and if he will make a statement.

I have no information about an unauthorised disclosure of any material to the Lincolnshire Anti-Nuclear Waste Campaign. I understand that Nirex considers this to have been a hoax.
