To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what discussions he has had during the summer adjournment with representatives of Welsh industry.

Mr. Peter Walker

During the adjournment I visited 12 companies and had 14 meetings with representatives of industry. In addition I met members of the CBI in Wales and opened the North Wales business club enterprise exhibition.
