§ Mr. ChopeThe amount of home loss payment under section 30 of the Land Compensation Act 1973 has, since 1 April 1973, been three times the rateable value of the claimant's home, subject to a minimum of £150 and a maximum of £1,500. Since that date the retail prices index has increased by a factor of 4.65.
