Mr. Home Robertson

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish a table showing levels of rent arrears for public sector housing in Scotland and in each district and islands area, for each month since 1 April 1987.

Information on local authority, new town and SSHA rents and rent arrears is collected centrally from authorites on an annual basis at 30 September each year. Figures for 1987 are set out in the table.
