§ Mr. Norman LamontI cannot anticipate what changes my right hon. Friend might want to make in his Budget. However, in his last Budget, when proposing increases to the scale charges which apply where an individual has the benefit of a company car, my right hon. Friend pointed out that the scale of undertaxation of company cars was too great to be put right in a single year.
