With regard to the seawater pumping stations of Gibraltar, when will the necessary approval be given (under the 1986–90 development programme) for a new pumping station on the North Mole to replace the outdated Hesses pumping station.
§ The Minister of State for Defence Procurement (Lord Trefgarne)We have concluded that it would be wise to defer a final decision on the North Mole project until questions relating to the payment of Spanish pensions after December have been resolved.
