To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what are his latest plans for the future of the London dial-a-ride service.

There have been increases of 50 per cent, in funding and ridership since LRT assumed responsibility for funding the scheme. I am encouraging LRT in its objective of securing improvements in the utilisation of vehicles and drivers so that more people can benefit.
