HL Deb 17 October 1988 vol 500 c1004WA
Lord Killearn

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Why they have not called in for review recent planning decisions of the Wiltshire County Council to permit development in the village of Wylye, a designated beauty spot and conservation area.

The Earl of Caithness

There have been no planning applications in the village of Wylye which have raised issues of more than local importance to justify the intervention of my right honourable friend the Secretary of State for the Environment.
