To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what further meetings he intends to hold with European Economic Community Ministers with regard to the establishment of the single market in 1992; and if he will make a statement.

We have frequent meetings on EC affairs, including the single market, with our opposite numbers in other member states. My right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State regularly takes the opportunity of stressing the importance we attach to opening up the European market in 1992.
